I give men and women the tools they need to reach their optimal physical, mental, spiritual, and financial wellbeing.

I believe that the way we eat, move, think and relate to others can shape our physical and emotional health.  I help men and women transform their digestive health, break sugar addictions, balance their hormones, reach their ideal weight, clear their skin, manage their stress levels, overcome emotional blocks, become more productive and efficient in daily life, live in the present, and heal. I employ a holistic nutrition approach, utilize dance, embodied movement, yoga, meditation, mindfulness and TRE® (Trauma, Tension and Stress Release Exercises) to help my clients reach their goals.

Through my training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I studied practical lifestyle coaching methods and a variety of dietary theories. While many approaches to healthy eating focus on carbohydrates, fats, proteins and calories, my focal point is bio-individuality. This approach celebrates the uniqueness of individuals and their highly personalized nutritional requirements. Differences in anatomy, metabolism, body composition and cell structure all influence our overall health and the foods that make us feel our best vary widely.

I coach my clients to make gradual changes and explore basic improvements that lead to lasting results and a lifestyle of health and wellness that is just right for them.

About TRE®

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
